Stacy Hopkins Design
A former biologist with a dual interest in the arts, Stacy merges nature’s intensity into striking forms of jewelry. Many of her collections contribute to endangered species and land conservation.
She casts from nature and uses the lost wax process after making molds of her specimens, which are found through her travels or obtained through collaborations with Natural History Museums.
Her aim is to bring awareness to endangered animals and ecosystems through her art.
Her work is internationally renowned and she has been featured in acclaimed publications, Boutiques and Galleries throughout Europe and the United States.
Originally from Hanover N.H., Stacy received her goldsmith’s certification in Florence, Italy in 2001, where she began her career as a jeweler.
After returning to the United States in 2009, she opened a Jewelry and Fine Art Gallery called Scavenger.
