Shop Maine Craft gallery staff will carefully pack and ship your items via the United States Postal Service within 5 business days of the order. For large or oddly shaped items, we may choose to ship FedEx or UPS. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. If you would prefer to pick up your package in person at one of our retail locations, please contact us for the pick-up code or give us a call to have shipping charges refunded.
Your orders will be shipped from one of two locations: West Gardiner or Portland, Maine. Split orders may be sent separately, meaning you will receive two separate packages (note when browsing our webshop: product locations are indicated in each item listing).
Shop Maine Craft is not responsible for any lost and abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided at checkout.
A note on holiday shipping: For timely arrival, please place your orders by December 1st. We will continue shipping after this date but cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
International Shipping: Our site currently cannot calculate international shipping costs, but gallery staff will gladly help you make a purchase over the phone or by email. Please note that international customers are responsible for all additional fees and custom duties for international shipments. By law, we must mark international packages as “Merchandise.”
