Haystack Anchor Wrought Iron Cuff
Salvaged Wrought Iron with Black Ceramic Liner

This cuff is made out of wrought iron, a material that has not been produced since the 1940’s.  It was from an anchor that was salvaged from the beach at Haystack on Little Deer Isle, Maine.  The inside surface is ceramic coated but the outside with naturally develop a patina over time.  The artist is happy to refinish the cuff at any time.

Nick Rossi’s interest in metalworking began with a boyhood fascination with knives and swords.  At the age of 15, Nick started working at one of the state’s largest cutlery shops and was introduced to the world of custom knife making by local craftspeople.  With the combination of books, advice and seminars, Nick developed his skills as a bladesmith. He now runs his business while instructing at New England School of Metalwork.
