Holiday Ornament Showcase
The 2024 annual Holiday Ornament Showcase will take place in the Center for Maine Craft and the Shop Maine Craft Webstore. Shop unique finds and one of a kinds in our holiday ornament showcase from November 11 – December 31, 2024!
The Annual Holiday Ornament Showcase features ornaments and holiday gift items handmade by Maine Crafts Association members. With an online exhibition and in-store special displays, the showcase includes incredible handmade work in a broad variety of media fit for your Christmas tree, stocking stuffers, and holiday decor.
We’re on the hunt for a diverse selection of holiday decor – everything from festive garlands to charming Christmas stockings and, of course, eye-catching ornaments! We’re eager to see fresh and unique interpretations of what the holiday season means in Maine.
Submission Details
For Current Members:
If you’re already selling ornaments in the Center, there’s no need to resubmit existing work. However, we would like to be informed of anything new you’ll be featuring in the showcase. Please send an email with photos of any new work you would like to submit!
For Non-Members:
To participate, you must be a Basic, Emerging, or Professional 2024 / 2025 member. Anyone who signs up for membership now will be good through 2025. Your work must first be juried!
To submit your entry:
– Email edy@shopmainecraft with a description and professional image of your finished product by October 31st. If your work qualifies, you will be sent a jury form and may be asked to provide samples of your work. See more about our jury process here.
– Provide a signed copy of the consignment vendor agreement and a physical copy of your inventory list with your exhibit items upon delivery. Use P.O.Box 173, Gardiner, ME 04359, should you choose to ship your entries.
Delivery Deadline: Please have all approved submissions to us by November 8th at the latest!
*Note* Inventory that is dropped off to us by the 8th may not make it onto our website. Please get inventory to us ASAP.
