ABOUT
The Guild Fine Craft Shows are a series of events showcasing high-quality handmade objects in a variety of materials, methods, and creative design. The shows feature the work of juried members of the Maine Crafts Association and offer a wide range of fine craft items, including baskets, ceramics, fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, stone and wood. The Guild Fine Craft Shows carry a 40 year legacy of celebrating and promoting fine craftsmanship and are well-regarded for their focus on quality, originality, and artistic expression. The shows may also include a selection of juried craft artists from the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen. Beginning in 2024, the MDI show boasts an additional juried selection of Guest Exhibitors that are selected through applications on Juried Art Services annually.
GUILD FINE CRAFT SHOWS REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
90 days or more prior to first day of public event: Full refund less $25
31-89 days prior to first day of public event: 50% refund
30 or less days prior to first day of public event: No refunds.
MCA Guild Level Membership fee is non-refundable.

Guild Fine Craft Show: MDI
Dates + Times:
Friday, August 7: 5-8pm
Saturday, August 8: 10-4pm
Sunday, August 9: 10-4pm
Set up: Friday, August 7: 12-5pm
Load out: Sunday, August 9: 4-7pm
Location: This show will take place at College of the Atlantic, 105 Eden Street, Bar Harbor, Maine. It will accommodate 50 exhibitors.
Booth Options & Details: There are three main types of booths: Indoor (Gates Theater), Outdoor Covered (Gates Theater porch and Overhang) and Outdoor Uncovered (Red Brick Prime and Walkway): Indoor booths are 8×8’s and 8×4’s. Outdoor Covered booths include the Gates Theater porch (5×15, 10×10, 6×8), as well as the Overhang that holds ten 10×10 booths, with both corner and inline options available. All Outdoor Uncovered booth spaces are 10×10 and located on the Red Brick area. The ‘Prime’ Outdoor Uncovered spots are all 10×10 corners, central to the show venue. All Indoor + Outdoor Covered spaces have access to power. Outdoor Uncovered booth spaces do not access to have power.

Sunday, October 25: 10-4pm
Set up: Friday, October 23: 12-6pm
Load out: Sunday, October 25: 4-7pm
Location: This show will take place at Fort Andross 14 Maine Street, Brunswick Maine. It will accommodate 40 exhibitors indoors.
Booth Options & Details: There are four types of indoor booths: 10×10 and 8×10, both available as inline or a corner. All booths have access to power.

Exhibitors display all work at their own risk and should carry appropriate insurance. Exhibitors are urged to carry ALL-RISK INSURANCE to protect against damage, loss, and all other hazards, from the time the materials leave their place of origin until they are returned after the show. Riders can often be added to existing policies to get the needed coverage.
