East End Vend – Call for Artists, Farmers & Foodies

EAST END VEND: Market Hours

Friday: 3p-7p
Sunday: 9a-1p

MCA is coordinating a twice weekly, outdoor, socially distanced, market in Portland called EAST END VEND and invites our members (as well as non-members) to participate as a vendor alongside farmers and local restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. We are planning to offer this through September as weather and COVID guidelines permit!

To begin, vendor registration will be on a first come first served basis. If necessary, to achieve a better balance of craft media, farmers and restaurants we will begin to curate the vendors later.

Vendor spaces are $25 for MCA members ($35 for non-members) and you may register for as many dates as you like now, or register one at a time as dates approach (space permitting). The set up will be a casual outdoor table / small display style – much like a farmers market, with or without tents (vendor’s preference).

The market location is at the base of Munjoy Hill in an empty lot on Washington Avenue at the corner of Congress Street (next to the Snug bar and Otto’s pizza) it is a very visible corner in a fun and heavily trafficked section of town!

The first East End Vend market will take place on Friday, August 14th

Please consider masking up and joining Maine Crafts Association and our event partners, Hay Runner and Caleb Johnson Studio at East End Vend this summer!
