Ron King

Ron King has been attracted to textiles from a very young age. After learning to knit as a child, he moved on to study weaving through his graduate program at Cranbrook Academy of Art. Since then, he has worked as a textile designer, teacher, advocate, production weaver and farmer. In textiles, Ron explores the interaction of fibers, the structure of material, and how colors, textures and patterns are created.
