Snow Fire Hollow is a small 2-acre orchard that grows a highly diverse selection of fruits and nuts, in addition to elderberry. They are grown organically, and holistically, and with an eye to sustainability. All the varieties are selected for their historical, nutritional and taste value. Perennial and annual heirloom vegetables, flowers and herbs can be located at the orchard as well. Snow Fire Hollow’s goal is to produce fresh food and create products of the highest quality and the most outstanding flavor possible, and have them available for the health and enjoyment of the community- both locally and beyond.
