Each scoop measure approximately 7″ (175mm) and provide 1 Tablespoon (.5 oz) with each scoop. The handles are forged steel with a durable linseed oil and wax finish. The copper scoops are dished (rounded) by hand and riveted to the handled with copper rivets.

Growing up, Nicholas Wicks Moreau was an artist and a carpenter who loved working with his hands. Nicks great-great grandfather worked on the Statue of Liberty and his great-grandfather was a pioneer in the field of welding. While completing his Master’s degree in Scotland, Nick met a master blacksmith who agreed to take him on as his apprentice. Upon returning to he United States, Nick founded the Wicks Forge in 2013 to carry on the family tradition.
