Rose Normann Morefield of Dippermouth Sewing
Dippermouth Sewing and Printing is the work of seamstress and textile designer Rose Normann Morefield. Each meticulously made small collection features hand screen-printed fabrics, often dyed using homegrown plant materials. She designs, drafts and grades the sewing patterns, and constructs the clothing with a combination of machine and hand stitching. The business is named after Dippermouth Farm, Rose’s childhood home in Frankfort, Maine, where she learned the beauty of handmade things.
